The children develop geographical awareness beyond their own locality. They experience using different scales of map during the study of our local area and areas of India. They use geographical vocabulary to describe physical and human features of Liverpool. Fieldwork in Shrewsbury and Liverpool enable the children to develop a wide range of geographical skills.
