The governing body at Oxon CE Primary School are committed to having a membership that is diverse and reflects our school and wider locality.

The board has 14 members:

• 8 are elected or appointed by groups other than the board
• 6 are co-opted by the governing body

When co-opting governors, the board will consider any needs emerging from the skills audit skills and knowledge specialisms that are required at that point in time.  Governor diversity will be considered alongside this as appointments are made.
