Focus areas: ‘Perfect pizza’ (food unit), ‘Easter treats’ (structures unit) and ‘Portable pencils’ (structures and textiles unit).

The children develop their designing, making and evaluating skills through a range of projects. They design, make and evaluate a package for Easter chocolates and a pencil container using textile skills. They also learn about healthy food choices and carry out food tasting as they design, make and evaluate their own pizza.
